This weekend was primarily dedicated to board games. One of which, the previously presented and hilarious Zombicide. The other Star Wars Rebellion. It is also an asymmetrical game. One player takes control over the Imperial Forces. Constructing Death Stars, super star destroyers and interrogating prisoners, the imperial player races against a turn timer to identify the hidden rebel base. The other players aim is merely to outlast the Imperium and lead the rebellion to victory.
Two very distinct and entirely opposing play styles.
Two very distinct and entirely opposing play styles. The game lasts for 2-3 hours, depending on skill level and how fast asset management gets resolved. What made it worth trying: in depth strategy and great miniatures by fantasy flight games. Interested? Give it a go. Highly recommended.
